IC Sockets & Adapters: ATE Production Test Contactors

PowerRaptor and IGBT are Ironwood’s production test contactors for automotive and high-power semiconductor applications, where very high current, wide temperature range, and long cycle life are non-negotiable.

PowerRaptor is a cantilever single-beam design for automotive and power device testing across -60°C to +180°C, with optional Airtherm channels for fast pin conditioning to target temperature. Available in Kelvin, Selectable Kelvin, and Non-Kelvin configurations, with a contact wipe that keeps oxides off pin tips across the full temperature range and cycle life.

Phantom G2 tests IGBT packages with low inductance and low contact resistance, configurable for Kelvin and Non-Kelvin variants. Built for the precision measurement needs of medium switching power device characterisation.

IGBT Contactor handles very high current and voltage testing for medium switching devices like IGBTs in EV motors, industrial drives, UPS systems, and white goods. Available in manual and automated handler configurations for both development and high-volume production.

Ampire uses a single cantilever pin design for high current applications, addressing PCB warpage common in power device test setups. Rated for 12.20A at 100% duty cycle.
