Hipot Testers & Electrical Safety: V10X Series

The V103 extends DC hipot voltage to 11KV, covering high-voltage power supplies, motor drives, industrial equipment, and EV battery systems where 6KV DC testing is insufficient. Full V10X touchscreen and automation architecture throughout.

At 11KV DC with 30mA sourcing current, the V103 covers demanding insulation testing requirements for high-voltage industrial and automotive applications. The same 100 pA leakage resolution and TΩ insulation resistance range as lower-voltage models, extended to higher voltage classes.

Phase angle measurement separates resistive from capacitive leakage, particularly useful at higher voltages where capacitive coupling becomes a more significant factor in insulation assessment. High-power DC output enables rapid charge/discharge cycles for high-capacitance devices such as DC-link capacitors and solar panels.

All V10X automation features are present: graphical touchscreen workflow, real-time charts, built-in PDF and CSV reports, SCPI interfaces over Ethernet, USB, RS232, and optional GPIB. Direct control of up to 1,600 scanner channels.
