The V102 adds 40-amp ground bond to the V101, the complete V10X platform at 6KV for manufacturers requiring AC hipot, DC hipot, insulation resistance, and ground bond certification in a single automation-ready instrument.
40-amp RMS ground bond testing is fully integrated with 4-wire Kelvin measurement and automatic lead compensation for accurate milliohm-level contact resistance verification. Safety conductor testing per IEC 61010, IEC 60335, and UL 61010 standards is handled within the same test sequence that manages hipot and IR.
All V10X capabilities carry through: 100 pA leakage resolution, phase angle measurement, configurable arc detection, graphical touchscreen workflow, real-time measurement charts, built-in PDF and CSV reporting, and SCPI automation interfaces. Direct control of up to 1,600 HV scanner channels, including ground bond current routing for multi-point safety conductor verification.
