The V104 combines 11KV DC hipot with 40-amp ground bond, the highest-voltage model in the V10X series with full ground bond capability. For manufacturers testing high-voltage industrial equipment, EV systems, or power distribution components that require both high-voltage insulation testing and safety conductor verification in one system.

At 11KV DC with 40A ground bond, the V104 covers the full requirements of high-voltage production and certification testing. Insulation testing at voltages above standard 6KV ranges, and safety conductor verification in the same automated sequence.

4-wire Kelvin low-resistance measurement with automatic lead compensation ensures accurate milliohm-level ground bond results at 40A test conditions. Phase angle measurement at high voltage separates resistive and capacitive leakage components for accurate insulation quality assessment on motor windings, cable assemblies, and power conversion equipment.

All V10X platform features included: graphical touchscreen, real-time charts, PDF and CSV reports, SCPI automation interfaces, embedded WiFi, and direct control of up to 1,600 HV scanner channels.
