The ATS-545 is the most portable member of the ATS series — -80°C to +225°C with sub-10-second transitions, no LN2 or LCO2, and 50/60Hz compatibility for Indian lab installations. The starting point for high-performance air temperature forcing without a floor-standing unit.
Temperature forcing system for ICs, MEMS, and optical transceivers, covering -80°C to +225°C for both MIL-STD and commercial test requirements — no LN2 or LCO2 needed. Heating and cooling transitions between -55°C and +125°C complete in under 10 seconds; runs on a standard 230V 50/60Hz 30A single-phase supply.
