The ATS-770E is the coldest model in the ATS mobile series — -100°C without liquid nitrogen or liquid CO2. The only system in its class capable of MIL-STD cold soak testing to -100°C with direct DUT temperature control and sub-12-second transitions.

Reaching -100°C without LN2 or LCO2 is the ATS-770E’s defining capability. Competing systems require liquid cryogen handling infrastructure: dedicated storage, venting, safety protocols, and ongoing cryogen supply, to reach these temperatures. The ATS-770E eliminates all of that while still delivering direct DUT temperature control, integrated purging for moisture management, and quick-connect thermal cap compatibility.

E Series embedded software removes the Windows OS dependency common to earlier ATS generations.

Overview

The ATS-770E reaches -100°C without liquid nitrogen or liquid CO2, the coldest air temperature forcing system in the ATS mobile range, for MIL-STD testing, cryogenic-adjacent device characterisation, and failure analysis at extreme cold limits.
