Dual channel Hall Effect IC current sensors for HV battery management in high-power, low-voltage automotive applications. Two independent sensing channels in a single housing provide both a wider measurement range and built-in redundancy for functional safety requirements. Current measuring ranges selectable from ±20A to ±900A within the same housing.
The magnetic flux density driving the Hall voltage is generated directly by the primary current through a Hall effect integrated circuit, galvanic separation between primary (high-power) and secondary (electronic) circuits throughout. Designed for EV and hybrid HV-BMS where dual-channel redundancy is a system-level safety requirement
