The V76 brings 16 channels of built-in high-voltage switching into the V7X form factor. Designed for cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and multi-conductor component testing where multiple test points need to be verified in a single automated sequence.

Built-in switching covers 8 channels of HV output, 8 channels of return, and 8 channels of continuity, all managed from within the V76’s test sequence without external switching hardware. Any combination of up to 8 test points can be tested for hipot or IR, with continuity checked on up to 8 conductors, automatically from a single touchscreen-programmed sequence.

For requirements beyond 8 points, the V76 can control up to four external 964i 64-channel HV scanners, up to 256 test channels in total. AC hipot to 2500Vrms and DC hipot to 2750VDC cover the majority of cable and harness safety test requirements. Same 4.3″ touchscreen, fan-free design, 100mS test time, and 150µS shutdown as the rest of the V7X series. 2-year warranty and 2-year calibration interval.
