Temperature Forcing Systems

The ECO-710E is the production floor ThermoStream: -80°C to +225°C on a 20-amp circuit, running at 56 dBA, designed for 24/7 continuous operation in environments where audible noise, heat dissipation, and annual maintenance overhead matter as much as thermal performance.

The ECO-710E was engineered specifically for continuous production line deployment, where the thermal forcing system runs for 12 or more hours a day, sits within arm’s reach of operators, and shares a circuit with other test equipment.

WhisperStream™ technology drives the 56 dBA operating level: smooth, quiet refrigeration that eliminates the compressor noise characteristic of traditional ThermoStream systems. The 20-amp single-phase circuit requirement fits standard lab and production floor electrical infrastructure without dedicated high-current outlets.

The ECO refrigerant charge falls below the CO₂ equivalent threshold specified in EU Regulation 517/2014, the F-Gas directive. This has two practical consequences: no annual leak testing is required (an ongoing maintenance cost and scheduling burden in F-Gas regulated systems), and the system can be shipped and operated without the logistical overhead associated with higher-GWP refrigerants.

Full -80°C to +225°C range, ±1.0°C accuracy, integrated purging, DUT direct temperature control, and E Series embedded software (no Windows OS) carry through from the ATS series. Available in the ECO-710E-M (mobile with articulated arm) and ECO-710E-T (turret and hose) configurations. The ECO-710E-M datasheet is specifically designated for international (50Hz) installations, covering India’s 230V/50Hz power standard.
