The 951i is Vitrek’s entry-level 95X — hipot testing up to 6KVAC and 6.5KVDC with 100 pico-amp leakage resolution, a 4-wire milli-ohmmeter, and the full DSP-based safety architecture that defines the 95X series.
Dual Coldfire® microprocessors with DSPs push the 951i to 50KV/second ramp rates and 20mS dwell times, among the fastest in class, with insulation resistance up to 4 TΩ and a 4-wire milli-ohmmeter spanning 100µΩ to 100KΩ. Safety covers GFI, SFI™, and TLSS™ continuous lead verification; 100 tests of 100 steps each run over Ethernet, RS232, Digital I/O, or optional GPIB, with pairing to the Vitrek 964i HV Scanner for 256 test points (640 with QT Insite).
Overview
The 951i covers hipot testing up to 6KVAC and 6.5KVDC with the full 95X safety and measurement feature set: pico-amp leakage resolution, 4-wire milli-ohmmeter, and DSP-based speed. The right choice when ground bond testing is not required.
