XiTRON XT2640 Multi-Channel Harmonic Power Analyzer
XiTRON XT2640
- Power Accuracy 0.03%
- Virtual Power Analyzers Up to 3 (in single chassis)
- Channels Up to 4 (modular channel cards)
- Interface Single unified user interface
- Current Input Options Multiple — any combination per channel
- Platform Multi-VPA / Modular
The XiTRON XT2640 is three independent power analysers in a single chassis, operated from a single user interface. Designed for multi-channel power measurements: input/output efficiency testing, 3-phase systems, inverter characterisation, where multiple simultaneous measurement channels need to be coordinated and compared.
The XT2640’s defining capability is its Virtual Power Analyser (VPA) architecture. Up to 3 VPAs operate simultaneously within one instrument, each functioning as a fully independent power analyser with its own measurement channel. All VPAs share a single front-panel interface, making it straightforward to configure multi-channel test setups, compare power across channels, and calculate system efficiency in real time.
Up to 4 channel cards can be installed in any combination — mixing current input options (dual shunt, high current shunt, external CT) and accuracy tiers per channel to match the measurement requirements of each VPA. 0.03% power accuracy, harmonic analysis to 500 harmonics, and bandwidth up to 1 MHz across all channels.
Ethernet, RS232, and USB standard. CE certified, made in USA.
Overview
The XT2640 is the right choice when the measurement task involves multiple simultaneous power channels: EV powertrain efficiency, multi-phase inverter testing, input/output power comparison, or any application where running several independent power analysers from one instrument simplifies setup and data collection.
